PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which can sufficiently prevent the evaporation of a largely evaporable savoury perfume, such as sesame perfume, or the like, when the savoury perfume or the like is used, hardly migrates the perfume to other materials, and can sufficiently express an original flavor such as sesame flavor, when the means is dispersed in water and used.
SOLUTION: A microcapsulated perfume is characterized in that ghatti gum is adhered to the surface of a yeast encapsulating the perfume in the cell.
