PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition allowing safe treatment or prevention of diseases in which there is no known method for treating or it is necessary to rely on an antibiotic and problems exist in resistant bacteria etc.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition includes formulation of a cultured product obtained by culturing Bacillus subtilis DB9011 (FERM BP-3418) in combination with a treated substance of a cultured product obtained by following steps (a) to (d): (a) a step of culturing the Bacillus subtilis DB9011 (FERM BP-3418)； (b) a step of recovering the supernatant from the resultant cultured product； (c) a step of adjusting the pH of the supernatant to ≤3, and recovering the formed precipitate； and (d) a step of extracting the precipitate with ethanol.【課題】治療法がないか、抗生物質に頼る必要があり、しかも、耐性菌等の問題がある疾患を安全に治療や予防できる医薬組成物を提供する。【解決手段】バチルス・ズブチルスＤＢ９０１１（ＦＥＲＭ ＢＰ－３４１８）を培養して得られる培養物と、次の工程（ａ）～（ｄ）（ａ）バチルス・ズブチルスＤＢ９０１１（ＦＥＲＭ ＢＰ－３４１８）を培養する工程（ｂ）得られた培養物から上清を回収する工程（ｃ）上清のｐＨを３以下に調整して生じた沈殿物を回収する工程（ｄ）沈殿物をエタノールで抽出する工程により得られる培養物の処理物とを、組み合わせて配合したことを特徴とする医薬組成物。【選択図】なし
