More specifically, the apparatus comprises: a base frame including a floor plate with wheels and an upper plate placed at a predetermined height from the floor plate, and having a side connected with a conveyor part a dumpling stuffing supply hopper installed outside the upper plate of the base frame, and supplying kimchi cheese dumpling stuffing a dough supply hopper installed in the center of the upper plate, and supplying a mass of dough made through a dumpling skin kneader a forming part installed inside the upper plate of the base frame, and comprising a dumpling stuffing moving pipe connected to the bottom portion of the dumpling stuffing supply hopper to transfer the kimchi cheese dumpling stuffing from the dumpling stuffing supply hopper to the conveyor part, a transfer screw installed on the outer surface of the dumpling stuffing moving pipe to transfer the dough from the dough supply hopper to the conveyor part along the outer surface of the dumpling stuffing moving pipe while being rotated through an operating unit, and a forming nozzle connected to the bottom portion of the dough supply hopper, and installed on the outer surface of the transfer screw to be separated therefrom to discharge the dough having a cylindrical shape and including the kimchi cheese dumpling stuffing in the center and a cutting part located in front of the forming part, and allowing the cylindrical dough, which has been discharging through the forming nozzle, to be transferred to the conveyor part by cutting and finishing the dough in a predetermined length while pressing the dough in a vertical direction.
