PURPOSE: A Kimchi refrigerator is provided to reduce heat loss by installing a part of a coolant pipe in an evaporator inside a case of the Kimchi refrigerator, and to adjust aging levels of the kimchi which is stored in the kimchi refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A Kimchi refrigerator includes the following: a main body(10) forming an outer case； an inner case(20) forming a plurality of storage rooms； and an evaporator coolant pipe(40) installed at the outer circumference of the inner case. An opening is formed on a side wall of the inner case to insert the evaporator coolant pipe. A shielding plate(70) is formed to prevent exposure of the evaporator coolant pipe to the outside.본 발명은 김치냉장고에 관한 것으로서, 외관을 형성하는 본체와, 상기 본체에 구비되어 다수의 저장실을 형성하는 내상과, 상기 내상의 외측 둘레에 설치되는 증발기 냉매관을 포함하는 김치냉장고에 있어서, 상기 증발기 냉매관의 일부가 상기 내상의 내측으로 삽입되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 김치냉장고에 의하면, 증발기 냉매관의 일부가 김치냉장고의 내상 내부에 위치하도록 설치함으로써, 증발기 냉매관으로부터 내상 내부로의 열전달과정에서 열손실을 감소시켜 열전달 효율을 상승시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
