PURPOSE: A kimchi refrigerator controlling method capable of properly aging kimchi is provided to decrease the temperature difference between the temperature detected by a chamber temperature sensor and the kimchi. CONSTITUTION: A kimchi refrigerator controlling method comprises the following steps: stopping a load after placing kimchi into a refrigerator； operating a fan for a constant time； and detecting the chamber temperature. The detecting process is performed after the operation of the fan for a pre-fixed time.본 발명은 김치 냉장고에 들어오는 김치 품온을 정확하게 리딩(Reading)하여 김치를 적절히 숙성시키기 위한 것으로, 저장물이 투입된 이후 부하를 정지하는 단계； 일정 시간 경과하는 동안 팬을 동작시키는 단계； 고내온도를 감지하는 단계；를 포함한다.
