摘要：: The present invention provides bispecific antibody constructs of a specific Fc modality characterized by comprising a first domain binding to BCMA, a second domain binding to an extracellular epitope of the human and/or theMacacaCD3ε chain and a third domain, which is the specific Fc modality. Moreover, the invention provides a polynucleotide, encoding the antibody construct, a vector comprising this polynucleotide, host cells, expressing the construct and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same.本發明提供特異性Fc模態之雙特異性抗體構築體，其特徵為包含結合於BCMA之第一域，結合於人類及/或獼猴屬(Macaca) CD3ε鏈之胞外抗原決定基之第二域，及為特異性Fc模態之第三域。此外，本發明提供一種編碼該抗體構築體之聚核苷酸；包含此聚核苷酸之載體；表現該構築體之宿主細胞及包含其之醫藥組合物。
