More particularly, the method comprises the steps of: separating mycelium from mushroom fruiting body to manufacture a strain； culturing the mycelium by inoculating a liquid medium with the prepared strain； filtering and separating the cultured mycelium； drying the separated mycelium； mixing the dried mycelium with a supplementary food； and pulverizing the mixed mixture. The supplementary food is at least one of grains, herbal medicines, fruits, vegetables, and seaweeds.
