PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily food having low saturated fatty acid content and trans type fatty acid content, having good shape retainability, and having low adhesion, in particular, an oily food with good flavor comprising cocoa butter.SOLUTION: An oily food comprises oil and fat and saccharide, and has a saturated fatty acid content accounting for 45 mass% or less and a trans type fatty acid content accounting for 5 mass% or less of the total amount of fatty acids constituting the oil and fat, and has a sugar skeleton.
