The present invention relates to a fermented paste composition and a production method thereof. The fermented paste composition contains a fermented product obtained by fermenting a carbohydrate material using at least one strains of Candida utilis, Saccharomyces fragilis, Saccharomyces lactis and Schizosaccharomyces pombe.
