PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise state measurement device capable of improving calculation accuracy of an exercise state.SOLUTION: An exercise state measurement device 1 has a measurement part 20 and a calculation part 10. The measurement part 20 is mounted on a person to be measured. The measurement part 20 has a light emitting part 21 for radiating near infrared rays, and a light receiving part 22 for receiving the near infrared rays passing in blood. The measurement part 20 outputs a signal according to the near infrared rays received by the light receiving part 22.
