PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared bioinstrumentation apparatus reducing a burden applied to a subject, and a probe thereof.SOLUTION: The near-infrared bioinstrumentation apparatus includes: a probe including an infrared light-emitting device 12 for applying infrared light, an output fluctuation detection element 13 for detecting fluctuation in an output of the infrared light-emitting device 12, and light-receiving elements 15a-15d for detecting the infrared light scattered by a living body and an operation part for calculating information of the living body on the basis of output data of the light-receiving elements 15a-15d.
