PURPOSE: A denture is provided to use a silicon gum made into a shape of real gums for being adhered on artificial gums of dentures, thereby easily repairing dented part of dentures, and besides, enabling overall maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A full denture, which is fabricated by usually adhering artificial teeth on an artificial gum, comprises a set of top dentures (10) and a set of bottom dentures (20). The set of top dentures are formed by securely connecting artificial teeth (12) side by side, thus does not cause much torsion in use. The set of bottom dentures includes artificial teeth (22) and an artificial gum (21) that forces the shape of artificial teeth to be into a U shape, thus causes a little movement in occlusion. When making an artificial gum for the set of bottom dentures, a surface of the artificial gum that contacts gums of a wearer is processed to be flat, and liquid silicon that is harmless for human body and has excellent elasticity and little wear-resistance is applied into a rubbing of real gum of the wearer on the surface of the artificial gum to even thickness. After the liquid silicon is hardened, a pad that includes a surface identical with gums of the wearer and the other surface flat is formed, and the flat surface is adhered to the flat surface of the artificial gum.본 발명은 레진으로 제작되어지는 틀니를 착용하고 저작하여 음식을 취식하고자 할 경우에 딱딱한 틀니의 인공잇몸이 잇몸을 누르게 됨으로 발생되는 제반문제점을 해소하면서 개인마다 서로 다른 잇몸의 특성에 따른 사용의 안정성을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.이를 위하여 본 발명에서는 틀니(의치)를 제작할 경우에 인공치아와 인공잇몸을 평면의 상태로 구현토록 한 후 실리콘을 사용하여 잇몸과 동일하게 성형토록 한 후 실리콘 잇몸을 인공잇몸과 접착토록 함으로서 착용의 불쾌감을 해소함은 물론 이물질의 끼임을 최소로 하면서도 끼임될 경우에도 실리콘의 강도를 적절하게 유지토록 함으로서 통증유발을 제거토록 하면서도 저작시 불쾌감을 해소토록 한 것이다.
