The present invention provides a denture engagement assembly capable of being wedged with real teeth, which is consisted of a plurality of engaging members. Each of the engaging members can be wedged with a real tooth. Each of the engaging members includes an outer cover body, at least one engaging part and a plurality of wedge ribs, wherein the outer cover body can be sleeved onto a real teeth. The engaging part is convexly arranged on a surface of the outer cover body opposite to the real teeth, and allows a denture to be engaged with the teeth. Each of the wedge ribs is convexly arranged on a surface of the outer cover body facing the real teeth, and at least two wedge ribs are respectively adjacent to two sides of the outer cover body. In a situation of the outer cover body being sleeved on a real teeth, each of the wedge ribs can be wedged into a wedge groove pre-arranged on the real teeth. Therefore, each of the engaging members can be stably wedged to the real teeth through the wedge rib.
