PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set the distal end part of an endo-therapy accessory in a desired direction at the distal end of a thin and long insertion part of an endoscope.
SOLUTION: The endoscopic apparatus 1 includes: the endoscope 2 provided with a forcep channel 3 a thin, long and flexible endo-therapy accessory 4 to be inserted into the forcep channel 3 of the endoscope 2 and a guide means 5 for allowing the movement in the longitudinal axis direction inside the channel 3 of the endo-therapy accessory 4 and regulating the rotation around the longitudinal axis of the endo-therapy accessory 4 projected from the distal end of the forcep channel 3.
