The invention relates to medicine, particularly to surgery, especially to endoscopy and can be used for endoscopic operations in "problem localization" of an operation object. A invention is based on the task to create a device enabling to change an angle and direction of endoscopic instrument outlet from an endoscope forceps aperture, facilitate operation execution as and when an operation object is situated tangentially to an endoscope tip, and confined space does not allow bending out an endoscope tip sufficiently. A task in hand is solved by a device equipped with a tubular casing inside of which there is a longitudinal indirect channel, one end of casing is fixed to an endoscope tip in such a way that a device channel input aligns with an output forceps aperture of an endoscope and a device channel as itself is a the forceps aperture continuation of an endoscope, at that plane of a channel tip doses not coincide with output plane from an endoscope forceps aperture and an angle between an endoscope axis and a line tangent to a circle, a part of which is a device channel or its separate distal section, in an overcut place of a channel centerline of the device with a plane of a channel tip makes not exceeding halve view angle of an endoscopeИзобретение относится к медицине, в частности к хирургии, а именно к эндоскопии и может быть использовано для выполнения эндоскопических манипуляций при «проблемной локализации» объекта манипуляции.
