PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endo-therapy accessory which can be inserted into a channel of an endoscope, accurately guide a treatment section for treating a lesion (a target part) to the target part, and easily treats only the target part, and to provide an endoscopic operation system having the endo-therapy accessory.
SOLUTION: The endo-therapy accessory 1 includes: a treatment section 52 for treating a swelling part 14 a main body section 53 which is brought into contact with a surface 13 and has a sufficiently large contact surfaces 53c and a deformation means composed of an operation wire 73 and an operation slider 81, so as to deform the main body section 53 into a shape when inserted to the forceps channel of the endoscope 16 or a shape when moved along the shape of the surface 13 after being inserted from the forceps channel of the endoscope 16. When the main body section 53 deformed into a substantially square shape is pressed against the surface 13, the contact surfaces 53c are positioned on the front surface 13 by repulsion force to be generated from the surface 13. Thus, the body section 53 is moved to the swelling part 14 while sliding on the surface 13, correctly guides the treatment section 52 to the swelling part 14, and performs the treatment.
