The present invention relates to an underwater float which can cope with the tide using a weight and a wing, in which the difference in flow velocity caused by the flow of the tide occurring with respect to left and right sides of the wing is converted into the left and right rotational force of the wing so as to offer moving force. The wing is inclined rearward so as to be slid toward the front and has forward directivity, and the weight acting on the wing can be attached to the wing and rotated. The outer surface of the weight protrudes so that the weight can be focused on the protruding portion, and when the weight is rotated back and forth, the focused weight of the protrusion allows the adjustment of the magnitude and the direction of a motion for obtaining the moving force of the wing.
