The present invention relates to an underwater float responding to the tide by a sinker and a wing. The float which converts a difference in the flow speed, due to the flow of the tide generated for right and left sides of the wing, into a left and right rotary force to provide a moving force the wing has frontward directivity by sloping backwards to coast down while heading for the front and the sinker applied to the wing is attached to the wing and can be rotated. The sinker protrudes so that the weight can be concentrated on the outer surface of the sinker and thus, when the sinker is rotated in all direction, the magnitude and direction of the movement which obtains the moving force of the wing can be adjusted by the concentrated weight and the wing and the sinker interwork to have flowability, which increases a flowing force, and operability, thereby enhancing performance to respond to the tide.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 추와 날개로 조류에 대응하도록 된 수중찌에 관한 것으로 날개의 좌,우측면에 대하여 발생하는 조류의 흐름에 따른 유속의 차이를 날개의 좌,우 회전력으로 변환하여 이동력을 갖도록 하고 날개가 전방을 지향하여 활강하도록 후방으로 기울어져 날개가 전방 지향성을 갖추며 이에 작용하는 추는 날개에 부착하여 회전시킬 수 있도록 되고 추의 외면에 무게가 편중되도록 돌출되어 추를 전후좌우로 회전시키면 편중되는 무게에 의하여 날개의 이동력을 얻는 운동의 크기와 운동방향을 조정할 수 있도록 하여 날개와 추가 상호작용하며 유동력을 증대시키는 유동성과 조작성을 갖추어 조류에 대응하는 성능이 향상 되도록 한 것임.
