PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing microorganism pollution of a catechin-containing drink, and a catechin-containing drink excellent in microorganism resistance.SOLUTION: A method for preventing the microorganism pollution of a drink includes adding a catechin, gallic acid and saponin.
