PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide washing water in high stability, producing hypochlorous acid with a high concentration and having a function of sterilizing and washing bacteria and virus during washing.SOLUTION: This is an aqueous solution containing hypochlorous acid and a hypochlorite ion produced by a non-diaphragm electrolysis method. As the effective residual chlorine concentration of the solution is from 500 ppm to 2,000 ppm and hydrogen ion concentration index is adjusted between pH 8.5 to 9.5, washing water which shows high sterilization and washing function during usage is produced, while keeping a long term stability.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明においては、安定性が高く、洗浄時に、高濃度の次亜塩素酸を産生し、細菌やウィルスを殺菌および洗浄する作用を有する洗浄水を提供する。【解決手段】無隔膜電気分解法により、産生される次亜塩素酸および次亜塩素酸イオンを含む水溶液であって、その有効残留塩素濃度が500ppmから2000ppm、かつ、水素イオン濃度指数がpH8.5~pH9.5に調整されていることにより、長期な安定性を保持しつつ、使用時において高い殺菌および洗浄作用を示す洗浄水を作成した。【選択図】図2
