The first loading plate comprises a first linear slide and a first piezoelectric sensor, and the second loading plate comprises a second linear slide and a second piezoelectric sensor. The first piezoelectric sensor, the second piezoelectric sensor and the third piezoelectric sensors measure the force variations of the X, Y and Z direction.
