PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that since in the conventional agricultural implement, the transmission part of an implement device against the ground is deviated in left or right one side relative to the center of left and right of the implement device against the ground, therefore the center of gravity of the implement device against the ground deviates to left or right one side, and each of left and right loads acting to left and right mechanisms for up and down movement become different, the up and down moving mechanisms in left and right hardly move smoothly, and as a result there is a fear that it becomes impossible for the implement device against the ground to work appropriately against the ground, unless the up and down-driving means is positioned at the side where the center of gravity of the whole implement device against the ground is deviated. SOLUTION: In this agricultural implement installing the implement device against the ground driven for working the ground toward a traveling vehicle as up and down movable by the up and down moving mechanisms 7, 7 in left and right, the implement is provided by arranging the up and down moving mechanisms 7, 7 in left and right by distributing them to left and right each other relative to the center of left and right of the implement device against the ground, also installing the transmission part 73 at the side of the implement device moving up and down by deviating to one of the sides relative to the center of left and right of the implement device against the ground, and installing an up and down driving means 82 for moving the implement device against the ground up and down at the deviated side of the transmission part 73.
