The invention relates to an artificial lure with a movable plate. The lurecomprises an elongated holder with at least one hole for fixing the fishingline,a load at its front portion, a hook at its rear portion, and a plate movablyattached to the holder. The holder is performed as a metal axle, with frontandrear portions bent downwards, longitudinally attached to the nose and tailportions of the plate to turn the holder around its longitudinal axis. Theweightis attached at the front end of the holder before the plate. The holes forattaching the fishing line are arranged above the longitudinal axis of theplateover the portion between the nose and middle portions of the plate and offsetrearward with respect to the center of gravity of the lure. A narrow elongatedholder may also be performed volumetric or flat.
