PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that an imaging impossible part is generated on the lower limbs of a subject and diagnosing is obstructed since a part of an X-ray bundle radiated from an X-ray tube and collimated by an X-ray diaphragm is interrupted by the metal part of a step attached to the top plate of the radiographic fluoroscope stand and can not be made incident on an X-ray receiving part positioned on the back surface of the top plate when performing imaging to an ankle and toes by the long-length imaging of a slot scan method or the like for instance using the radiographic fluoroscope stand.SOLUTION: When imaging the ankle and toes of the subject 3 in a standing position using the radiographic fluoroscope stand 1, before mounting the subject 3 on the top plate 2, an operator attaches an additional step 10 whose upper surface comprises a rectangular plate of a low X-ray absorption rate constituted of foamed polyethylene or the like and lower surface comprises a wooden plate onto the step metal part 4A of the step 4 attached to the foot side of the top plate 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線透視撮影台を用いて、例えばスロットスキャン法等の長尺撮影により、足首および足先までの撮影を行うとき、X線管から照射されX線絞りによりコリメートされたX線束の一部がX線透視撮影台の天板に取り付けられた踏台の金属部によって遮断され、天板の背面に位置するX線受光部に入射できないため、被検者の下肢に撮影不能部位が発生し診断に支障をきたしていた。【解決手段】X線透視撮影台1を用いて立位の被検者3の足首および足先を撮影する場合、操作者は被検者3を天板2に載置する前に、天板2の足側に取り付けられた踏台4の踏台金属部4A上に、上面が発泡ポリエチレン等により構成されるX線吸収率の低い矩形の板により構成され、下面が木製の板により構成される追加踏台10を取り付ける。【選択図】 図1
