Provided is a novel method for manufacturing a powder-type cosmetic composition. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: mixing and kneading a cosmetic composition and a binder performing injection molding of the mixed dough performing compression molding of the injection molded article and drying the compressed and molded article. The binder in the mixing and kneading step is a volatile solvent. According to the present invention, the surface of the powder-type cosmetic composition can be molded in three dimensions without a cutting process since crust is not formed on the surface of the composition in manufacture.
