A method for manufacturing naturally fermented high-protein healthy bread using chicken breast powder comprises the following steps: a kneading step of mixing and kneading raw materials including chicken breast powder and a natural fermentation liquid starter; a dough molding step of molding the dough formed by the kneading step to form molded dough; a fermenting step of fermenting the molded dough for a predetermined time; and a baking step of baking bread by heating the molded dough after the fermenting step in an oven.
