PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space saving, efficient, continuous raw vegetable treatment apparatus capable of uniformly performing drainage and cooling without damaging raw vegetable after washing.SOLUTION: The continuous raw vegetable treatment apparatus 100 is arranged in a cooling space 101 suitable for keeping the freshness of the raw vegetables to drain and cool the raw vegetables and includes a conveyor 1 having a large number of air passing parts 11a provided to the feed surface 11 thereof and continuously feeding the raw vegetables, the sidewalls 5 provided to both ends in the width direction of the conveyor 1, a first vibration part 2 for vibrating the feed surface 11 up and down, air blowoff ports 3 for blowing off air streams to the feed surface 11 and a positive pressure part 4 for internally keeping the duct 41 extending downward from the conveyor 1 to positive pressure and upward blowing the air in the cooling space 101 from below.
