PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic imaging device capable of maintaining a fixation state of an eye to be examined without moving a focusing lens for measurement by simplifying a drive mechanism.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes a measurement optical system for guiding measurement light scanned on the ocular fundus of an eye to be examined to the eye to be examined, an imaging means for acquiring an image by reflection light from the ocular fundus of the measurement light, and a fixation light path in which a fixation optical means for fixating the eye to be examined.
