PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of measuring intraocular distances with high accuracy and without increasing size and complexity of the apparatus.SOLUTION: A photographing part of an ophthalmologic apparatus in an embodiment photographs an eye to be inspected from two or more different directions. An optical system splits light from a light source into measurement light and reference light and detects interference light of returned light of the measurement light from the eye to be inspected and the reference light. A changing part changes optical path length of the measurement light (reference light). A controller controls the photographing part to perform first photography and the optical system to perform first detection when first optical path length is set by the changing part and controls the photographing part to perform second photography and the optical system to perform second detection when second optical path length is set. A calculator compares the first and second images acquired by the first and second photography and calculates a distance between a first site of the eye to be inspected through which the measurement light has passed in the first detection and a second site of the eye to be inspected through which the measurement light has passed in the second detection based on the comparison result, the first optical path length and the second optical path length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】装置を大型化・複雑化させることなく高い確度で眼内距離を測定する。【解決手段】実施形態の眼科装置の撮影部は、2以上の異なる方向から被検眼を撮影する。光学系は、光源からの光を測定光と参照光とに分割し、被検眼からの測定光の戻り光と参照光との干渉光を検出する。変更部は、測定光(参照光)の光路長を変更する。制御部は、変更部により第1の光路長が設定されているときに撮影部による第1の撮影と光学系による第1の検出を実行させ、第2の光路長が設定されているときに第2の撮影と第2の検出を実行させる。演算部は、第1、第2の撮影で得られた第1、第2の画像を比較し、この比較の結果と第1の光路長と第2の光路長とに基づいて、第1の検出において測定光が通過した被検眼の第1の部位と、第2の検出において測定光が通過した第2の部位との間の距離を求める。【選択図】図9
