PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus and a wave front aberration correcting method capable of correcting intraocular wave front aberration at high accuracy and high resolution.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus emits light from a light source toward the eyeground of a subject eye via a measurement optical path, guides the return light to a light receiving sensor via the measurement optical path, and captures an image of the retina. The ophthalmologic apparatus: splits the light from the light source into light travelling to the measurement optical path and light travelling to a reference optical path different from the measurement optical path combines the return light returned by the reference optical path and the return light returned from the measurement optical path to obtain interference light captures an image of interference fringes generated by the combined interference light at a position conjugate with the position of the pupil of the subject eye and corrects the wave front aberration of the light travelling through the measurement optical path, using the correction data which is obtained from the captured image of the interference fringes for correction of the wave front aberration of the subject eye.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】高精度、高分解能で眼球内の波面収差を補正できる眼科装置及び波面収差補正方法を提供する。【解決手段】光源より測定光路を介して被検眼の眼底に光を照射し、戻り光を該測定光路を介して受光センサーに導き、網膜の像を撮像する眼科装置は、光源からの光を測定光路へ進む光と、測定光路とは異なる参照光路へ進む光とに分割し、参照光路で折り返された戻り光と測定光路からの戻り光を合成して干渉光を取得し、被検眼の瞳の位置と共役な位置において上記合成された干渉光により生成される干渉縞を撮像し、撮像された干渉縞の画像から得られる被検眼の波面収差を補正する補正データにより測定光路を通る光の波面収差を補正する。【選択図】 図1
