PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus capable of projecting a plurality of laser beams each having different optical characteristics onto a patient eye.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus includes: a light distribution member which causes laser light emitted from laser emission means with a laser source to be transmitted and reflected by a desired ratio a first projection optical system having an optical member which shapes one laser beam distributed by the light distribution member to meet a first laser projection condition a second projection optical system having an optical member which shapes the other laser beam distributed by the light distribution member to meet a second laser projection condition different from the first laser projection condition a switching member which switches the optical path of the laser beam projected onto a patient eye between the optical path in the first projection optical system and the optical path in the second projection optical system and detection means which detects the output of the laser beam passing through the optical path in the second projection optical system while the optical path of the laser beam projected onto the patient eye is switched to the optical path in the first projection optical system by the switching member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】光学特性が異なる複数種類のレーザ光を患者眼に照射できる眼科用レーザ治療装置を提供する。【解決手段】レーザ光源を有するレーザ光出射手段から出射されたレーザ光を所期する割合で透過及び反射させるための光分配部材と、光分配部材により分配された一方のレーザ光を第1のレーザ照射条件に合うように整形するための光学部材を有した第1照射光学系と、光分配部材により分配された他方のレーザ光を第1のレーザ照射条件とは異なる第2のレーザ照射条件に合うように整形するための光学部材を有した第2照射光学系を備える。更に、患者眼に向けて照射されるレーザ光の光路を第1照射光学系の光路または第2照射光学系の光路の何れかに切り替えるための切替部材と、患者眼に向けて照射されるレーザ光の光路を切替部材により第1照射光学系の光路とされた状態で、第2照射光学系の光路を通るレーザ光の出力を検出するための検出手段を備える。【選択図】図4
