A tortilla supplying apparatus according to the present invention enables the first roller to have a higher surface energy than the second roller by allowing a flatly extruded tortilla dough sheet to come out from a gap between a first roller and a second roller that are disposed and rotated side by side to discharge the extruded tortilla dough sheet in a state that an extruded tortilla dough sheet is adhered to the outer circumferential surface of the first roller. Further, a tortilla supplying apparatus according to the present invention includes: a cutting roller (40) which has a knife blade (43) having a shape corresponding to an outer shape of tortilla, and which forms the tortilla by enabling the knife blade to cut a tortilla dough sheet (TS) adhered to the first roller (10) while the knife blade is being rotated in a state that the knife blade is interlocked with rotation of the first roller when the knife blade comes in contact with a first roller； a plate-shaped scraper (38) which is fixed to a frame (30), and of which one end portion is in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the first roller to detach a formed tortilla (T) from the first roller； and a conveyor which is disposed at the bottom side of the first roller to transfer the tortilla to other position by receiving the tortilla detached from the first roller by the scraper.
