The present invention employs Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata extracts to perform testing for inhibiting the activity of cellular tyrosinase and the content of cellular melanin, and evaluates the inhibitory effect on the melanin. The result shows that the anoectochilus extracts may effectively inhibit the activity of cellular tyrosinase and may further inhibit the generation of melanin. Thus, the anoectochilus extracts can be applied for the fabrication of beauty care products, cosmetics, food products or pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting the generation of human melanin.本發明係以台灣金線連(Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata)萃取物進行抑制細胞酪胺酸酶(Tyrosinase)活性以及細胞黑色素(Melanin)含量進行測試,並評估對黑色素之抑制效果,結果發現金線連萃取物可有效抑制細胞酪胺酸酶活性,並進一步抑制黑色素之生成,因此可應用該金線連萃取物製備具有可抑制人體黑色素生成之美容保養品、化妝品、飲食品或醫藥品等組合物。無
