PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incision tool capable of performing desired incision by the minimum number of times of incision operations in an endoscopic surgery.SOLUTION: An incision tool to be used together with an endoscope includes: a flexible sheath tube 20 an operation portion 10 provided at the proximal end part of the sheath tube 20 an incision portion 30 provided at the distal end part of the sheath tube 20 and composed of a pair of opening/closing members 34 and 35 to be opened and closed like scissors an opening/closing mechanism 39 of the incision portion 30 and an operation wire 21 for connecting the operation portion 10 and the opening/closing mechanism 39 and opening and closing the opening/closing mechanism 39 by the operation of the operation portion 10.
