PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a drawback that the leakage of positive pressure from a mouth is made in artificial respiration using a back valve mask when lifesaving treatment is performed.SOLUTION: In a leakage prevention implement, a body is formed in the center of the implement, and flexible bend pieces 3 are formed on both sides of the main body. An upper lip fitting portion 6 and a lower lip fitting portion 7 are provided in a front surface, and an upper tooth fitting groove and a lower tooth fitting groove are provided above and below a portion in a rear surface for being inserted into an oral cavity. The lower tooth fitting groove is formed in different steps and ahead of the position where the upper tooth fitting groove is formed. Moreover, an adjustment hole and an air hole are formed in the center of the main body, and a tongue is pushed down by inserting a pressure plate from the adjustment hole.
