An upper and lower tray apparatus for manufacturing a denture of the present invention includes: upper and lower main trays fitted on upper and lower gums in a mouth of a patient upper and lower auxiliary trays coupled to or separated from occluding portions of the upper main tray and the lower main tray and a tray adjustment unit disposed between the upper main tray and the lower main tray and adjusting horizontality and height of the upper and lower main trays to fit the patient so that the gums are comfortable around a condyle in the mouth of the patient.
