The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a seedling planting groove. More specifically, by easily and quickly forming a seedling planting groove of a certain size without using a tool such as a shovel, a hoe, etc. in order to form the seedling planting groove inside a field or farm land or a vinyl house enabling to plant a seedling, the apparatus increases efficiency of an operation, and makes a root of the seedling equally grow through an internal wall by preventing the internal wall of the seedling planting groove from being strong.
