The present invention relates to a method to roast coffee by installing a rotary drum and using microwaves and hot air. A material inlet (101) is formed in the upper part of a case (100), and an outlet (102) is formed in the lower part. A rotary drum (10) is installed inside in a horizontal direction. A hole (13) is formed on the surface of the rotary drum (10), and a material inlet (12) is formed in a side of the drum. A microwave device (60) is installed in a side of the case (100), and an absorber (70) to absorb gas from the case (100) is installed in a side of the case (100) to roast coffee beans. As the microwave device is installed in the case and a hot air coil heater is installed inside a rotary shaft, which rotates the rotary drum, to supply hot air, the present invention is capable of roasting coffee beans with a constant quality, having a simple structure, reducing time for roasting, and making production costs affordable.본발명은 회전드럼이 내부에 설치되며 마이크로파와 열풍에 의한 커피로스팅방법에 관한 것으로, 케이스(100) 상부에 원료 투입구(101)가 형성되고, 하부에는 배출구(102)가 형성되고, 내부에는 원통형의 회전드럼(10)이 수평방향으로 설치되며, 상기 회전드럼(10)은 표면에 타공(13)이 형성되고 일측에는 원료투입구(12)가 형성되며, 상기 케이스(100)의 일측에는 마이크로웨이브장치(60)가 설치되며 상기 케이스(100)에서 발생되는 개스를 흡입하는 흡입기(70)가 케이스(100) 일측에 설치되어, 커피원두를 로스팅하는 것으로,본발명은 회전드럼이 내부에 설치되는 케이스 내부에 마이크로웨이브 장치를 설치하고 상기 회전드럼을 회전시키는 회전축 내부에는 열풍코일히터가 설치되어 열풍을 공급함으로써 커피원두를 일정한 품질로 볶는 것이 가능하고, 장치의 구조가 간단하며 커피를 볶는 시간이 단축되며, 생산원가가 저렴한 현저한 효과가 있다.
