PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roasting device capable of easily detecting the temperature of a material to be roasted, and appropriately keeping the temperature of the material to be roasted at a desired temperature, and a temperature control device used for the roasting device.SOLUTION: In a roasting device 1, a temperature detection part 10 is disposed outside a container 3, at least a part of which is formed to be transparent or translucent. The temperature detection part 10 detects the temperature of coffee beans themselves in a non-contact manner. In the roasting device 1, a heating control part controls a heating part 13 in correspondence with the temperature of the coffee beans themselves detected by the temperature detection part 10. Therefore, the temperature of the coffee beans can be easily detected from outside the container 3. Furthermore, the temperature of the coffee beans can be appropriately kept so as to be close to a target temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】焙煎対象物の温度を容易に検知でき、焙煎対象物の温度を所望する温度に適切に保つことができる焙煎装置、及び、これに用いられる温度制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】焙煎装置1では、温度検知部10は、少なくとも一部が透明又は半透明に形成された容器3の外方に配置される。温度検知部10は、コーヒー豆の温度自体を非接触で検知する。焙煎装置1では、加熱制御部により、温度検知部10が検知したコーヒー豆自体の温度に対応させて加熱部13を制御する。そのため、容器3の外方から容易にコーヒー豆の温度を検知できる。また、コーヒー豆の温度を目標温度に近付くように適切に保つことができる。【選択図】 図1
