PURPOSE: A coffee bean roasting machine is provided to improve the roasting efficiency of a coffee bean roasting process by installing a temperature sensor on the bottom of a roasting bowl. CONSTITUTION: A coffee bean roasting machine comprises the following: a roasting bowl(105) freely combining and separating from a lower frame(102) for easily inserting fresh coffee beans and discharging roasted coffee beans； a heating unit(107) supported by an upper frame for heating the coffee beans inside the roasting bowl； a smoke removing unit(108) completely combusting smoke generated from a roasting process； a cooling unit(114) cooling the roasting bowl after the roasting process； a cover(115) sealing the heating unit and the cooling unit； a checking window(116) enabling users to visually checking the roasted condition； upper and lower plates(121, 122) supported by plural supporting bars； a bowl body(124) formed with a cover(123) sealing the edges of the plate； a bowl(125) with an opening on the upper side； a driver located on the bottom of the bowl； a stirring impeller fixed to a shaft(127) inside the bowl for stirring the coffee beans； and a temperature sensor detecting the temperature of the coffee beans.본 발명은 커피 원두의 온도를 직접접촉하여 감지하면서 배전보울을 분리 결합 되게 하여 최적의 배전온도와 시간을 제어할 수 있으면서 배전과정에서 발생하는 연기를 신속하게 제거하여 효율적인 배전할 수 있도록 한 커피 원두 배전장치에 관한 것으로서,로어프레임과, 상기 로어프레임의 상부에 배전하고자 하는 원두의 공급과 배전이 완료된 원두의 배출을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 로어프레임에 대하여 결합과 분리가 자유롭게 설치되는 배전보울과, 상기 배전보울의 상부에 설치되어 어퍼프레임으로 유지되어 배전보울에 공급된 원두에 열을 가하여 배전을 수행하는 히팅부와, 상기 히팅부의 상부 일측에 설치하여 배전 과정에서 발생하는 연기를 완전연소시켜 연기발생을 배제하는 재연수단과, 상기 배전보울과 히팅부의 후방에 설치되어 배전 완료된 배전보울을 냉각시키도록 설치하는 냉각부와, 상기 히팅부와 냉각부를 마감하여 외부로 노출되지 않게 하는 커버와, 상기 히팅부가 위치하는 커버에 형성하여 배전상태를 시각적으로 확인하는 확인창을 포함하는 구성이 특징이다.
