PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic blood-collection-tube preparation apparatus not producing so much noise and capable of highly efficiently and anteriorly delivering blood collection tubes in a blood collection tube storage case without greatly changing attitude of the blood collection tubes.SOLUTION: An automatic blood-collection-tube preparation apparatus includes: an automatic label sticking mechanism for blood collection tubes including blood collection tube storage means having a plurality of blood collection tube storage cases arranged with their superposed in the vertical direction. The automatic blood-collection-tube preparation apparatus further includes: a blood collection tube discharge conveyer for discharging test tubes to which labels are stuck by the automatic label sticking mechanism for blood collection tubes； a blood collection tube recovery mechanism for recovering the discharged blood collection tube to which the label is stuck for each patient； and a control device for controlling operation of the respective means.
