PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic preparation device for blood-collecting tubes capable of continuing the treatment of a blood-collecting tube without stopping the automatic preparation device as a whole if the label printing and pasting means of a separate blood-collecting tube automatic label pasting mechanism functions normally even in the state that the label printing and pasting means of a separate blood-collecting tube automatic label pasting mechanism becomes impossible to use by a trouble or the like.SOLUTION: The automatic preparation device for blood-collecting tubes is equipped with at least two blood-collecting tube automatic label pasting mechanisms, which is equipped with a blood-collecting tube housing means, a first transfer means for transferring the blood-collecting tubes taken out of blood-collecting tube housing cases to the label printing and pasting means, and the label printing and pasting means.
