PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic blood-collection-tube preparation apparatus, even when a trouble occurs in label creation/sticking means of one automatic label sticking mechanism for blood collection tubes, capable of progressing the processing using label creation/sticking means of another automatic label sticking mechanism for blood collection tubes without stopping the whole apparatus.SOLUTION: An automatic blood-collection-tube preparation apparatus including at least two automatic label sticking mechanisms for blood collection tubes, includes: second transfer means that has a translocation passage extending in the horizontal direction for being mutually connected to an adjacent automatic label sticking mechanism for blood collection tubes, between first transfer means and label creation/sticking means of each automatic label sticking mechanism for blood collection tubes.
