PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for sufficiently supplying carbon dioxide semi-persistently and even in a summer season to a carbon dioxide-using chamber using carbon dioxide, such as a plastic greenhouse.SOLUTION: The apparatus for supplying carbon dioxide is such that an intake/exhaust agent 2 causing equilibrium reaction involving intake/exhaust of carbon dioxide is arranged within a blowing path of blowing means 30.
