FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a fodder additive for poultry farming, including fermenting a vegetable raw material with proteolytic enzymes, is proposed peas with the humidity of 5-7 wt %, mixed with a proteolytic enzyme preparation "Protosubtilin G3x" taken in an amount not exceeding 3 wt %, are taken as the vegetable raw material, the resulting mixture is subjected to mechanical activation in activators providing the acceleration of milling bodies of 200-300 m/s2 and the residence time in the treatment zone of 2-5 minutes, mechanofermented peas (MFG) are obtained. A method for increasing the agricultural poultry productivity is proposed, including the introduction of the fodder additive, mechanofermented peas, obtained according to claim 1, into the fodder of agricultural poultry, from the first day of life in the dosage of 3-3.4% of the fodder weight, daily, throughout the growing period.
