According to the cauliflower mushroom spawn infection- and air pollution-preventing mass inoculation system of the present invention, air flow is partially blocked by the direction in which the medium is transported being repeatedly and perpendicularly converted, and thus contaminant inflow into the inoculation unit can be minimized. Since the positive pressure is maintained in the inoculation unit, external contaminant inflow into the inoculation unit can be forestalled.
