The present invention relates to a system for mass inoculation of cauliflower mushroom spawns including: a medium preparation unit preparing a medium； a sterilization unit communicating with the medium preparation unit and sterilizing the medium supplied from the medium preparation unit； a cooling unit communicating with the sterilization unit and cooling the medium sterilized by the sterilization unit； an inoculation unit communicating with the cooling unit and inoculating the medium cooled by the cooling unit with a cauliflower mushroom spawn； an air supply unit supplying purified air for a positive pressure to be maintained in the inoculation unit； and an air discharge unit forming an air discharge path through which the air in the inoculation unit is discharged to the outside. According to the system for mass inoculation of cauliflower mushroom spawns of the present invention, the positive pressure is maintained in the inoculation unit, and thus external contaminant inflow into the inoculation unit can be forestalled.
