PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inoculation machine for mushroom spawn capable of surely dropping a spawn in a culture bottle and efficiently inoculating the spawn when the spawn is inoculated into the culture bottle. SOLUTION: In this inoculation machine for mushroom spawn equipped with a spawn scraping out part 104 for scraping out each fixed amount of spawn from the inverted and retained spawn bottle downward and hopper apparatuses 80 and 84 which receive the spawn falling from the spawn scraping out part 104 and, in order to drop the received spawn into the inside of a culture bottle 10, are vertically movable by a lifting and lowering mechanism so as to approach the direction of the bottle mouth of the culture bottle 10 in the inoculation.of the spawn, the inoculation machine for mushroom spawn is characterized in that that a vibration generation mechanism for vibrating the hopper apparatuses 80 and 84 is installed and the vibration generating mechanism is arranged combinedly useful as the lifting and lowering mechanism at least in spawn inoculation on the culture bottle 10.
