PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medication administration tool not inhibiting movement in a pulling direction, while preventing unexpected movement of a plunger rod.SOLUTION: A medication administration tool 1 includes: a syringe 10 a plunger rod 20 to be inserted into the syringe 10 and a regulation part 2 that regulates movement of the plunger rod 20 to be inserted into the syringe 10 and allowing movement of the plunger rod 20 from being discharged from the syringe 10. The regulation part 2 can regulate the movement of the plunger rod 20 at a position along the longitudinal direction of the plunger rod 20. The medication administration tool further includes a holding part 32 that holds at least one of the syringe 10 and the plunger rod 20 at a position where the regulation part 2 regulates the movement of the plunger rod 20.
