The first extending part 31a moves forward and the second and extending part 32a moves rearward, the plunger 20 is further pushed into the inside of a barrel 10 for a second administration with the abutting state of the second protruding part 22a and the second extending part 32a released by the rearward movement of the second extending a part 32a.
